2025 FUTURE Conference – Minnesota Financial Support Application

The Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians (MAFP) Foundation offers reimbursement of up to $800 for registration, travel and hotel accommodations to attend FUTURE.

Who is eligible for reimbursement?

MAFP student members currently enrolled at:

Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine (Rochester)
University of Minnesota Medical School (Twin Cities and Duluth campuses)

You must be a medical student member of the MAFP at the time of the conference. Not a student member yet? No cost to join! Sign up to be an MAFP student member through the AAFP.

How does the reimbursement work?

Students must apply for reimbursement in advance.
Applicants will be notified by email if their application was approved and receive additional information about the reimbursement process.
Reimbursements will be made after the conference to approved applicants who meet the reimbursement requirements.
