2025 FUTURE Conference – Minnesota Financial Support Application
The Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians (MAFP) Foundation offers reimbursement of up to $800 for registration, travel and hotel accommodations to attend FUTURE. (See event details.)

Who is eligible for reimbursement?
MAFP student members currently enrolled at:
- Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine (Rochester)
- University of Minnesota Medical School (Twin Cities and Duluth campuses)
You must be a medical student member of the MAFP at the time of the conference. Not a student member yet? No cost to join! Sign up to be an MAFP student member through the AAFP.
How does the reimbursement work?
- Students must apply for reimbursement in advance.
- Applicants will be notified by email if their application was approved and receive additional information about the reimbursement process.
- Reimbursements will be made after the conference to approved applicants who meet the reimbursement requirements.
Applications will open in February 2025.
