Rooms and rates – Grand View Lodge requires a two-night minimum stay. MAFP group rate rooms start at $324 per bedroom per night ($648 minimum) and include options for one or two queen or king beds.
Room reservation process – To secure your lodging accommodations, Grand View Lodge requires a completed reservation form and deposit of two nights’ room and tax payment (per room). Upon submission of the group rate reservation form, you will be sent a secure link via Sertifi to provide your deposit information. Once Grand View Lodge has received your deposit information, one of their team members will send confirmation of your lodging within 5-7 business days.
Room cancellation policy – Grand View Lodge will retain the full deposit of two nights’ room and tax as a cancellation fee for any cancellations received after 4PM CST on Monday, July 21, 2025.
