Reimbursement Process
To receive your reimbursement of up to $800, you must provide the following to the MAFP after the conference (by August 15):
- A completed reimbursement form (additional instructions are on the form)
- A photo of your conference name badge (selfies encouraged!)
- Receipts for purchases greater than $30 for:
- Conference registration
- Travel (if driving, get receipts for gas/EV charge, parking, etc.)
- Hotel room or other lodging
- Meals
Conference participation is required for reimbursement.
