Celebrating 30 Years of Advancing Family Medicine

Thirty years ago, the leaders of the MAFP gathered to form a nonprofit foundation to carry out the philanthropic work of its members and improve the health of ALL Minnesotans.  To celebrate this milestone anniversary, honor the work we’ve accomplished together and continue to advance the future of family medicine in Minnesota, we have set a goal to raise $30K in the 2018-19 fiscal year.

The Academy will match, dollar for dollar, every donation up to $20K received by June 30, 2019. Your gift—no matter the size—will help us maximize the match!

Join us in advancing family medicine, equipping leaders, leading innovations in practice-based research and clinical care AND improving the health of ALL Minnesotans.
