Who We Are

Many thanks to our donors to Give to the Max Day on Nov. 16. You gave $5,100 to the MAFP Foundation, which will help fund five innovation grants to students and residents. We are deeply grateful for your generosity.

The MAFP Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the MAFP. We support educational and scientific initiatives of family medicine to improve the health of all Minnesotans. Through the generous contributions of members, corporations, and friends, the Foundation is able to raise funds and award research and innovation grants to Minnesota’s future family physicians.

The MAFP Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 organization. Donations are 100% tax deductible as allowed by law. Meet Our Corporate Partners
