Resolutions

Twenty-three resolutions were discussed on issues ranging from Minnesota’s investment in primary care to the rural healthcare workforce shortage to support for current rural family physicians and so much more.

Resolutions are the way members bring forward changes and/or issues that affect the specialty.

Elections

The MAFP was honored to have special guest AAFP Executive Vice President and CEO Douglas Henley, MD, FAAFP, to bestow the presidency on incoming MAFP President Renée Crichlow, MD, FAAFP. Other officer positions were also elected, with new terms beginning in July 2019.
