2024 Meet Your MATCH – Program Registration

Meet and network with medical students interested in family medicine.

Connect your family medicine residency program’s faculty and residents with medical students and international medical graduates through your display table and (optionally) by teaching hands-on procedures at this open-house style event.

Table Options & Details

Display

$600 for first table; $500 per additional table.
Includes one 5′ x 2′ table (no drape or skirt) with one chair, WiFi, and electricity (if requested).
Will be arranged against walls or back-to-back with other tables.
Will be assigned by the MAFP in advance and marked by table tents on site.
Plan on a tabletop display. (Space is cozy, and it may not be possible to use a pop-up floor display.)

Procedure

No additional cost.
Includes one 5′ x 2′ table (no drape or skirt) with four chairs, WiFi, and electricity (if requested).
Will be assigned by the MAFP in advance and marked by table tents on site.
Your program must provide all materials for the procedure, including trash bags.
Plan to engage attendees as they arrive—workshop learning is “on demand.”

Event Schedule

8:00 – 9:00 am	Tables setup & breakfast for representatives
9:00 am – 12:00 pm	Connections time & procedure workshops
9:00 – 10:30 am	Continental breakfast
12:00 – 12:30 pm	Tables teardown (must be entirely off site by 12:30 pm)

Policies

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received by office@mafp.org in writing by June 1, 2024, to receive a refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made after June 1 will forfeit 100% of the registration fee.

Venue Policies

Carts may not be taken though exterior doors of Wilder Center. All load-in that needs to occur on carts must go through the loading dock on the back side of the building (northwest corner). See map.
Media streaming services (with the exception of YouTube) are disabled throughout Wilder Center.
The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the venue premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the venue, its owner and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants and employees from any such losses, damages and claims.
Storage space is not available for display materials and/or show merchandise.

MAFP Policies

The MAFP will not guarantee the security of unattended exhibits.
All exhibits must be installed and ready by 9:00 am.
All exhibit items must be removed from the venue by 12:30 pm.
Interference with normal traffic flow is not allowed.
Only bite-sized (1 oz.) treats in original packaging may be distributed at exhibits.
No helium balloons are permitted in the exhibitor area.
Offensive promotions by exhibit personnel will not be tolerated.
Orders may be taken, but exhibitors may not conduct sales transactions (exchange of money) during the event.
Exhibitors who fail to observe venue or MAFP policies or who, in the opinion of the MAFP, conduct themselves unethically will be asked to leave without refund.
