The Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians is partnering with Stratis Health and the MDH Long COVID Guiding Council on a three-session ECHO focusing on long COVID. This ECHO will help physicians identify and manage long COVID or post-COVID conditions, experienced as a set of signs, symptoms and conditions that continue or develop after acute COVID-19 infection. Sessions will mix didactic and case presentations with time for questions and discussion.
