Partner registration is rolling, but registration is required by certain dates to receive some benefits. Your registration confirmation email will include information about how to fulfill your package benefits. The earlier you sign up, the more promotional exposure you’ll receive.

Your message must be approved by the MAFP in advance. Focus your message on how your organization supports family medicine and family physicians, as a direct address by a representative of your organization rather than a promotional video format.
Update your registration form with the following information:
- If being presented by a person:
- Script (for review and approval)
- Name and job title of the person who will present your message
- If being presented as a video:
- YouTube or Vimeo URL of your video (for review and approval, and to embed in our PowerPoint slides)
Display table to connect with attendees and share information about your organization

Your representative(s) may staff your display table and/or attend the sessions and are welcome to all food being served (breakfast and breaks).
Update your registration form with information about each attending representative, as follows:
- Name with designations (e.g., MD, DO, PhD)
- Email address
- Job title
- Pronouns (optional)
- Dietary restrictions or other accommodation needs (if any)
- Whether they wish to claim CME for attending sessions
Recognition across event promotional materials and signage and in one issue of Minnesota Family Physician magazine

To add or make changes to your benefit fulfillment information, follow the link to your registration form that was included in the registration confirmation email sent to you the day you purchased your 2024 Summer CME partnership package. Contact us if you need assistance.
If you’re having trouble finding the link, look for your registration confirmation email in your inbox and junk folders (sender “MAFP (office@web.mafp.org)”; subject line “Thank you for registering for: 2024 Summer CME Partnership”). The link is included within the Receiving Your Package Benefits section of the email.

Display Table Details
- Your display space includes one skirted six-foot table and two chairs.
- Tables will be arranged against the walls in the display room. (You are likely to have space for tabletop displays only.)
- Breakfast and breaks will be served in the display room.
- The display room will be closed and locked after the program concludes on Friday and re-opened Saturday morning.
Venue Policies
- The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the venue premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the venue, its owner and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants and employees from any such losses, damages and claims.
- Storage space is not available for display materials and/or show merchandise.
- No outside food and/or beverage service is permitted.
- Only bite-sized (1 oz.) treats in original packaging may be distributed at exhibits.
- No helium balloons are permitted in the exhibitor area.
MAFP Policies
- The MAFP will not guarantee the security of unattended exhibits.
- All exhibits must be installed and ready by 8:00 am on Friday and Saturday, August 23 & 24, 2024.
- All exhibit items must be removed from the venue by 12:30 pm on Saturday, August 24, 2024.
- Interference with normal traffic flow is not allowed.
- Offensive promotions by exhibit personnel will not be tolerated.
- Orders may be taken, but exhibitors may not conduct sales transactions (exchange of money) during the event.
- Exhibitors who fail to observe venue or MAFP policies or who, in the opinion of the MAFP, conduct themselves unethically will be asked to leave without refund.
