Innovation & Research Forum 2024-CME Reporting

Live Presentations and Posters

The live presentations are approved for up to 4.25 AAFP Live Prescribed credits.

The live posters are approved for up to 0.75 AAFP Live Prescribed Credit total. Only participants who attended the Forum in person are eligible for live poster CME credit.

CME certificates for live presentations and posters will be sent by email after March 16 to all attendees and will include instructions on how to report continuing medical education credits.

Online Posters

The online posters are approved for up to 0.25 AAFP Enduring Prescribed Credit each (2.50 total). Participants who attended the Forum in person may only claim Enduring credit for online posters that they did not review in person.

To claim CME for the online posters, you must complete a CME claim form by April 1, 2024. Complete the form only once, for all of the online posters you review.

Enduring CME certificates will be sent by email after April 1 to all participants who complete the CME claim form and will include instructions on how to report continuing medical education credits.

Activity #103856 – 2024 Innovation & Research Forum

The AAFP has reviewed 2024 Innovation & Research Forum and deemed it acceptable for up to 5.00 Live AAFP Prescribed credits. Term of Approval is from 03/16/2024 to 03/16/2024. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Term of Approval is from 03/16/2024 to 04/01/2024. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
