MAFP Innovation & Research Forum


Sponsor a gathering of 100 family medicine physicians, researchers, residents and medical students, all dedicated to improving patient care and outcomes through innovation and research.


This event—the only of its kind for family medicine in Minnesota—features 24 podium presentations and a poster session.

Attendees include family physicians, family medicine residents, medical students and faculty from the University of Minnesota and Mayo Clinic.

Benefits vary, but ALL sponsorships include logo or name recognition in event marketing and on the MAFP website.

(Pharmaceutical and medical device companies are excluded from these opportunities per our CME guidelines.)

*Sponsored Items and Inserts

Sponsor will work with vendor of their choice on designing art files and ordering printed pieces or branded merchandise. Artwork must be approved by the MAFP prior to production. Sponsor is also responsible for cost of printing and delivery to the MAFP.

Key Dates

  • November 1, 2019: Registration and logo file deadline for inclusion within the direct mail brochure.
  • February 19, 2020: Print piece/merchandise/art file artwork approval deadline. Artwork must be approved by the MAFP prior to production.
  • February 26, 2020:
    • Payment due in full.
    • Print piece/merchandise/final art file delivery deadline. Final items must be received at the MAFP office by February 26.
