Continuing Medical Education Accreditation – COVID-19 ECHO

For each COVID-19 ECHO session attended, participants can earn up to the maximum credits provided by the organizations listed below (up to 1.25 credits).

Participants should self-report continuing medical education credits with their appropriate agencies, including the date of each session. American Academy of Family Physician members should self-report AAFP credit and all other physicians should self-report credit provided by the Minnesota Medical Association.

Other health professionals (physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, etc.) who participate in this CME activity may submit their statements of attendance to their appropriate accrediting organizations or state boards for consideration of credit. The participant is responsible for determining whether this activity meets the requirements for acceptable continuing education.

For CME reporting purposes, participants must sign up for each session they attend. CME is currently only available for ECHOs viewed LIVE.

An attendance certificate will be sent to all participants after the COVID-19 ECHO series is complete.

AAFP Credit System Approved

American Academy of Family Physicians – COVID-19 ECHO
This Live series activity, COVID-19 ECHO, from 04/02/2020 - 08/31/2020, has been reviewed and is acceptable for credit by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
