Family + preventive medicine physician, Mayo Clinic; President, AAFP Foundation Board of Trustees
Allen Akambase is a family medicine and preventive medicine physician at Mayo Clinic, dedicated to advancing disease prevention, health promotion and long-term well-being for patients. She also serves as president of the American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation Board of Trustees, leading strategic efforts to advance humanitarian, educational and scientific initiatives that improve community and population health.
Najaha Musse, DO

Musse is a family physician and founder of Frontier Primary Care PLLC, a direct primary care practice dedicated to providing personalized and accessible health care. She is passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their health journey through a patient-centered approach.
Britta Reierson, MD, FAAFP
Family + obesity medicine physician; physician leader, Knownwell
Reierson is a family physician and obesity medicine specialist bringing holistic, comprehensive weight inclusive healthcare to all individuals as a practicing physician leader at Knownwell. She is a medical graduate of the University of MN Medical School and St. John’s Family Medicine Residency. Reierson is passionate about patient centered care, advocacy and education in the field of obesity medicine. As a leader in primary care, obesity medicine, population health and health care innovation and strategy, her goal is to remove inequity, stigma, bias and barriers of care across the health care ecosystem. Reierson is the chair of Medical Education for the Minnesota Obesity Society.

Medina is the Josie Robinson Johnson Endowed Vice Chair for Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the UMN Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. Medina completed his MPH at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and his MD and family medicine residency at the University of Minnesota Medical School. He holds an undergraduate degree in Latin American Studies with a concentration in sociology from Wesleyan University. He is a proud alumnus of Deerfield Academy, Prep for Prep 9 and the New York City public school system.
