What is the MAFP Foundation?

The MAFP Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 organization, supporting educational and scientific initiatives that advance family medicine and improve health outcomes of patients and communities across Minnesota.

We regularly award innovation and research grants to practicing family physicians, family medicine residents and medical students.
