David Frenz, MD earned a medical degree and completed a family medicine residency at the University of Minnesota. He is also board certified in addiction medicine. He is presently in private practice in the Medical Arts Building in downtown Minneapolis. He previously served as a medical director for the HealthEast Care System and physician vice president for North Memorial Health Care. Alex Gits, MD, is a PGY-2 at University of Minnesota North Memorial, her focus is on health policy, preventative medicine, geriatrics/palliative care, medical education, community-responsive family medicine. 

Peter Meyers, MD/MPH, is a PGY-3 at United Family Medicine and a coach/mentor with Primary Care Progress. He believes that narrative, relationship building, and storytelling are critical tools for effective engagement and participation in community advocacy efforts.
